5 Reasons Your Listings Aren't Getting Leads (and How to Fix It)
You're posting. You're listing. But the enquiries aren't coming. Here are the five real reasons, and how to fix each one.

You list a property, share it everywhere, and then silence. It's rarely that the market is dead. It's usually one of five fixable problems. Let's name them honestly.
Your listing leads nowhere. A beautiful post with no clear next step is a dead end. Every listing needs one obvious action: DM for details, a link to a form, a Book a viewing button. If people don't know what to do, they do nothing.
You're selling features, not outcomes. 3BHK, east-facing, 1,200 sq ft is data. Morning light in a home your kids can grow up in is a reason to enquire. People buy a life, not a floor plan.
You're invisible to the people who'd actually buy. Posting to your existing followers isn't the same as reaching buyers. The people ready to move may never see your listing unless you deliberately put it in front of them.
No follow-up means leaks. Most enquiries don't buy on day one. If you reply once and move on, you lose them. Follow-up is where deals are quietly won.
You look like everyone else. If your marketing is indistinguishable from the agent down the street, price becomes your only edge. A clear brand makes you the obvious choice.
